- Reverse Pickup: Upon approval, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup, and our courier partner will collect the product directly from your location.
- Product Inspection & Refund: After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the issue is validated, we’ll process your refund within 24 hours.
